An apartment community in Fairless Hills/Levittown, PA is seeking a maintenance technician for an immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have some maintenance experience and good time management skills. The ability to work as a team as well as work solo to ensure timely completion of jobs is a must. Duties include but are not limited to prep and painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, basic maintenance, and unit turns. A valid driver's license is required. This position requires a rotating on call shift.
