Seeking Hard Physical Worker for PART-TIME, Independent Contractor Position, for Doorstep Trash Removal at an Apartment Complex in Duluth, GA. Opportunities for growth and Management. 2-3 hours a night Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Pick Up Bagged Trash from EVERY Apartment's Doorstep, and take to the onsite Compactor, w/ cart provided by complex. 2. Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged Trash RAIN or SHINE, 5 days per week! 3. Be in Good Physical Condition: Will have to climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door. Must be able to Lift 50lbs. Get paid to work out! 4. Punctuality: MUST Be on property onsite by 8PM! Residents EXPECT trash to be removed quietly as they get ready for bed! 5. Must have good communication skills. 6. Must own Smartphone. 7. MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE APPS ON A SMARTPHONE. 8. *Pays Direct Deposit Weekly* Contractor Responsible for his/her Fuel and Taxes. 9. Able to pass a criminal background check.
