Stray Male kitten looking for home.

I have had this kitten for about a month, he was caught on our front porch and we brought him in, cleaned him up and had him checked out by a vet. They put him around 12 weeks old, he’s been flea treated and dewormed as well. He is litter trained and eating hard food. I can not keep cats in my house due to my rental agreements but I wanted to make sure he was good before I sent him off. He is still a pretty skittish so we put a bell on him to keep track of him as he likes to hide. He is hesitant to being picked up but once he realizes you have no ill intentions with him, he melts right into your arms. He definitely is a little motor boat. He get along well with my dogs and I’m sure cats would be no issues as he would probably love having a friend to play with. He loves playing with toys. The laser light is one of his favorites. There is a rehoming fee of 15$ just to cover the treatments he’s had. He is due for another flea treatment this week so I’ll have it done and he’ll be good for the next month. He needs someone who is going to give him all the love he needs as he deserves a good life, better then living outside! If you want to open your home to this boy, please let me know.
