Job Summary We are looking to immediately hire a qualified maintenance person with experience in construction, residential property maintenance, painting, and carpentry. Must be able to manage own time and have the ability to prioritize duties and finish tasks quickly and efficiently. Must have own basic tools and truck and be willing to use. Must have verbal and written communication skills. Must be dependable. This is a full-time position, approximately 35+ hours a week, and applicant must have evening weekend availability for occasional emergency service. Must pass criminal background check.
