You will be performing crucial maintenance duties, using your customer service skills, working in a team environment, and creating a positive experience for your residents. All new & experienced candidates are welcome to apply! *Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a maintenance technician. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Must be skilled in installations, repairs, plumbing, and electrical issues. • Respond to maintenance service requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting. • Communication skills required for initiating positive resident interaction. • Paint interior of apartment homes and assist with make-readys and turns. • Documenting your progress and the work performed along with the ability to utilize a smart-phone and computer software for on-site documentation. • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes. • Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building. • Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner. HVAC Certified required for one or all of the following: Type I, Type II, Universal EPA. Daily Tasks May Include: Trash removal, Sweeping/Mopping, Light landscaping (removing dead leaves/ plant debris from walk ways), Painting, Power washing, Cleaning of vacant units for new tenants, Appliances repair, over seeing your maintenance team and delegating top-priority items to ensure metrics and requirements are met both for the residents and the owners.
