Can America Drilling is one of Colorado’s leading geoexchange drilling companies and is seeking a technician for a pump position. Our office is located 45 miles east of Colorado Springs. We specialize in geoexhange drilling and water well drilling. We have drilled over 4,000 water wells through out Colorado. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Ability to work with multiple crews (required on some large projects) • Ability to take direction and give direction • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs • Ability to bend over • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Must have valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred, we will help you with obtaining CDL) • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing • Must have good communication skills to talk with customers when needed • Ability to problem solve • Ability to conduct general maintenance and repair to work truck and support equipment • Must be willing and physically able to work 40-70 per week • Must be willing to work hard and GET DIRTY • Preferred experience with electrical/plumbing • Must be able to work with heights or in a confining space environment. • Attention to detail. • Good observational skills. • Good mechanical aptitude.
