I found A black and white cat while watering outside. He’s super friendly. Appears he was abandoned and has been outside for some time. While watering the yard he ran up to me wanting water. He was extremely dehydrated and starving, it looks like he’s been in bad shape for some time. I am not sure if he was hurt by people or by another animal. After all the trauma it appears he has experienced he still comes right up to you wanting love and affection. It seems as if he was an inside cat. He is very friendly, and loving, and comes right up to you and wants to be petted and loved. We would take him in and care for him, but some of our household members are allergic to cats, unfortunately. We provide him food, water and love. However, if he does not get the help he needs soon, he probably won’t make it too much longer without medical attention.
