Hello I've been working on my 2002 Hyundai accent I just installed New part nd want to go test it but my tags say 2019 I live in la Mesa I just want to go from boltimore to Fletcher and right on Jackson nd hop on the free way going west and getting off on week cajon boltimore again Just to see if it runs normal and no engine lights come on so i can register it
