The primary function of this position is to be an integral part of our Fulfillment TEAM, responsible for quickly and accurately preparing orders for our awesome customers. You will have a direct impact on our business, as well as the opportunity to learn the back-office processes of a logistics company. Job Location: Houston, TX 77085 Perks: • Fair starting wage with Onin Staffing *Based on experience* • Fulfillment hours are Mondays: 7AM-7PM, Tuesdays-Fridays: 7AM-5:30PM or 9AM-7:30PM. Weekends is MANDATORY. Therefore, you must be open and available to work on weekends if NEEDED (The site is workload driven, so if the work is finished before your shift time, you will be able to go home early) Work Experience Your Primary Responsibilities: • Picking and/or packing products accurately in preparation for shipping • Inspect our merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities • Meet tight deadlines to ensure orders arrive to our customers in a timely manner • Assist our Operations Manager with various tasks from time to time within our warehouse (inventory, shipment check-in / put-away, organization) Qualifications: • History of being organized along with continued desire to learn and improve • Experience or interest in picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or inventory • High school diploma or equivalent • Clean background / work history • Ability to repeatedly lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally • New associates must be fully vaccinated and must be comfortable providing covid shot record Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Holiday Pay Vacation Pay
