Looking for reliable handyman for small apartment community in Sylvania OH near Franklin Park Mall to take care of light renovations along with repairs and maintenance. could lead to a long term role Ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule, would be great for retired trades person with carpentry, light plumbing, electrical and painting skills. Tasks like faucet repair, lvt floor install, paint, drywall repair, exterior power washing etc. larger issues would be addressed by a third party contractor if out of handymans scope. Would need to have drivers license, vehicle and tools. Compensation would be per job and open for discussion. We would love someone who is looking to grow as we plan to scale to more units in the area and start our own in house management and repair/maintenance company with a supervisor and a few maintenance techs.
