Job description Technician is responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective mitigation of all assigned projects in accordance with IICRC guidelines. Duties Executes daily pre-deployment checks of vehicles, equipment, and expendables Assists in the initial site inspection, diagram, and photo documentation of the site Safely and responsibly executes contents manipulation, contents protection, water extraction, and controlled removal of materials as required Employs drying / air filtration equipment in accordance with IICRC standards Qualifications IICRC Certifications (preferred) Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Ability to learn / execute job administration using: Tablet or PSA management software or Additional / new as required Exceptional communication (written and oral) / customer service skills Maintenance of a valid, unrestricted driving license This is a water damage restoration job, it can be physically demanding!
