Beautiful sandy brown 4lb female chihuahua. According to records, born May, 17 2021, (13 weeks old). first two rounds of vacancies given. 1st by previous owner and second by vet. I had her Vet checked and she is in great health. Phoebe has a wonderful personality and very loving but a little standoffish. She is great with my grandkids, and other dogs but doesn't understand her strength to my 1 1/2 lb puppy. Rehoming fee 400.00. I work 3rd shift and sleep through middle of day and will reply early mornings or late evenings.
