Looking for consistent full-time work? Tree Climbers are responsible for working in trees to perform general tree care including pruning, cabling, bracing, lightning protection and tree removals-- as well as performing routine landscape duties. Work would include: Using proper pruning techniques; assisting in process of trimming trees, clearing and chipping tree debris, and disposing of tree debris. Ensuring that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and properly marked so that the public will be safe from falling debris. Maintaining climbing gear and tree care equipment to be sure that all equipment and tools are safe and in working order. Working with the team to complete landscape duties that include but are not limited to: following directions by the foreman, installing sod, installing border and weed barrier, etc. You would be a great fit for us if you: Are a team player Have a strong work ethic Have good communication skills Successfully follow directions and complete requests Maintain a positive attitude Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
