Receiving Coordinator job description:
Verify and process incoming shipments according to department procedures, ensure accuracy in our receiving process, and organize all receiving materials ensuring its quantity and location matches our system.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Requires the ability to obtain a forklift operator’s license.
• Ability to proficiently read, write and communicate in the English language.
• Proficient math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals, in all units of measure).
• Effective planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to give and receive written and verbal instructions.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job as well as proficiency in the use of in-house programs and applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, email).
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor, conduct, and working relationship with peers, management, customers, and other individuals that interact with this position.
• Ability and willingness to comply and support Company policies, procedures, work rules, and protocols.
• Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities.
• Ability to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times
First shift : 6am-2:30 pm
Pay $19.00 or DOE
