FrankCrum Staffing has a client in the Odessa area that is looking for a temp to hire Assembler.  If you have right skills and experience please call the office at 813-879-1500 ext 4195 or 3615.  You will need to submit a resume. Able to accurately produce parts by operating all manual work benches and all to achieve a minimum productivity rate of 90%. Perform set up activities, as required, on all manual work benches. Perform quality checks, audits and inspections to ensure products are defect free. Follow established process and procedures to achieve 0 quality defects Follow standard work procedures before, during and at the end of the shift as defined by the department guidelines Maintain all equipment and tools within the workstation as required by the preventative maintenance schedules. Good manual dexterity, able to sit or stand for 8-hour shift. Able to learn the business operating systems. Able to learn to use measuring instruments. Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Adheres to safety procedures.
