The candidate will be responsible for: · Assist in all types of cleaning outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested. . Picking up trash wipe and sanitizing high contact surface areas pressure washing cleaning windows sweeping and mopping. · Cleaning and sweeping of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines. · Work outdoors in all types of weather. · Operating backpack leaf blowers. · Outside Porter Experience a plus. . Must have reliable transportation. . Ability to work weekends. . Must have a valid driver's license.
