Vibe Solar is expanding their residential solar installation teams to keep up with the growing demand in the residential solar market answer are looking for experienced residential (PV) solar system installers. The desired candidate will be working in a positive team environment and will be an integral member of a crew installing solar arrays at residential customers’ homes. You will help ensure accurate and timely solar installations, update Operations on projects, and utilize best installation and safety practices. We are looking for the following: • Experience in Residential Solar • PV installers will be responsible for the entire installation. You will be responsible for assembly of the PV system, solar array, roofing and panel framing. Safe work practices and excellent communication skills are essential. Installer Job Description: • Completing solar array layout according to approved building plans. • Install solar mounting, installing solar panels correctly and wiring of all solar products (inverters etc..) • Prepare Job site • Pull materials for each installation job • Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the installation process • Interact with the customer with a professional appearance and attitude. Desired Qualities: • Strong knowledge and usage of Hand tools/power tools • Knowledge of electrical components • Capable of understanding project plans • Team player • No fear of heights, comfortable on ladders, ability to lift heavy objects, Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending Necessary Skills and Experience: • Working knowledge of construction and/or roofing • Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc. • Great work ethic and punctual • Ability to work well with others in a team structure • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude • Comfortable working on roofs, in high or tight areas, pride in workmanship Compensation: Depending on experience $22 - $30
