CityGreen Services is seeking a talented Team Leader with a proven track record of maintaining professional landscapes. DESCRIPTION • Daily management of a team of two or more team members • Works without supervision, using skills and knowledge gained by experience, industry certification, or a degree to perform landscape service • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment • Operating vehicles as well as a variety of commercial landscaping equipment • Maintains and submits all daily reports for each job as required • Develops and maintains a professional relationship with team members and clients REQUIREMENTS • Ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and organizer who is results-driven, assertive, efficient, and a team player • High school diploma or GED • 1–3 years of horticultural / landscaping field experience required; supervisory experience preferred • A valid driver’s license To apply, reach out to Austin by texting or calling 423-595-6415.
