This Late summer/early fall foraging course will help you get to grips with all the delicious wild edibles growing right on your doorstep.
This foraging course will give you a general introduction to the edible and medicinal plants and fungi that grow all around you. We will aim to cover 20-30 species depending on availability, discuss foraging safety, ethics, and mindset along with some basic recipe ideas and herbal remedies.
I cover both plants and fungi, and due to weather and seasonality i cannot ever guarentee we will find a particular plant or fungi species, but theres always lots to learn and talk about.
The course is open to adults and children.
