Begin your evening upstairs at Parlor with an all hands on deck training experience from our master chefs and mixologists. This month, you'll get to be behind the scenes with our very own Bad Nonna's.
Appetizer : Risotto Arancini and Bruschetta duo
Entree: Lasagna Rotolo
Class: We will discuss the pasta making process and each participant will produce their own version of our popular Nonna’s Lasagna Rotolo with choice of protein and sauce. Vegan versions of apps and entrees are available upon request.
Additionally, learn how to make your own cocktail step-by-step with our fantastic bar staff. This session is great for beginners or the more experienced.
