FREE YOUR MIND, FREE YOUR BODY, FREE YOUR SOUL! Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement meditation — also known as conscious dance. When we are fully present with our energy bodies and the music, we allow for potent self-healing medicine to come through. Featuring diversely unique DJ sets, self-love lounge, wellness bar, sound bath, and areas for meditation & yoga. Offering a safe creative container, to freely express oneself, process all the feels, and enjoy some amazing music with vibrant souls! Encouraging everyone to be and move as they wish, while holding space for healing and transformation to take place. Ecstatic Dance is a potent outlet for releasing negative energy and stress — connecting deeply to your highest-self, heart, and having transformational breakthroughs. * All ages & abilities welcome! Event Flow: 6:45P - Doors Open 7:00 - 7:20p - Opening Circle | Drop In Meditation 7:20 - 9:20p - Music Magic 9:20 - 11p - Sound Bath | Closing Circle Sound Bath: Be sure to bring warm layers to get cozy in. Sound bath is received laying down and can get a little chilly after dance. Rainbow Cloud Cafe: Organic cafe serving kombucha, fresh juice, and tasty bites will be open. There will be an option at the door to pay $10 for $15 of cafe credit! Please Bring: - Water container - Healthy drinking water provided! - Wear comfortable clothes for movement - Expect to sweat! - Suggested: Journal, crystals, or anything you enjoy meditating or manifesting with. - Flow toy's welcome. - Please come clean + fragrance free - light natural scents like essential oils are fine.
