They have been a prominent fixture in the Cleveland music scene since 2010. Rather than being a nostalgia act of 30 somethings playing music the same way they always have, Herzog’s dreams have aged with them, their perspectives have broadened, and they present a compendium of songs wizened by years and experience. Uno Lady is a mixed media artist and self-trained musician, Christa Ebert. Uno Lady composes songs with her voice, electronic effect pedals, and unconventional instruments. Her music includes dream-like vocal layers, looping ethereal tones and beats, knit together into one lush soundscape. Her unique talent has been acknowledged with various awards, including SPACEs Urgent Art Fund award, Chateau Orquevaux artist-in-residency, Creative Workforce Fellow, Akron Soul Train fellow, and a Panza Foundation awardee. Pharmacy Keys recently released their debut album “Conjuress”. A no-frills, rust belt rock band drawing comparisons to The Breeders, Elliott Smith, Dinosaur Jr, Spoon, Failure, and T. Rex. Cleveland, Ohio’s Pharmacy Keys formed in 2017 around the talents of Dave Moran, Justin Waite, Jeremy Newton-Smith, and Nathan Thompson. “Conjuress” (2020), the band’s debut album, is a collection of dynamic songs laced with vintage guitar tone and melodic vocal hooks. These four lifelong friends have been playing in various projects over the years and have hit their stride with Pharmacy Keys, writing their most mature and exciting music to date. Bucky Spokeane Bedroom pop project from Alec Schumann Bucky Spokeane Bandcamp Herzog, Uno Lady, Pharmacy Keys, Bucky Spokeane The Grog Shop opened in September of 1992 in the Coventry Rd. neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. Though expanded in size when moved to it’s current location in 2003, the club maintains the intimacy and raw character it has always been known for. We have a full bar with an extensive list of micro-brews, imports, and domestic beer, and of course plenty of liquor.
