This 2 part outreach is free for youth with disabilities (ages 14-24) In Transition- Franklin County This 2 part outreach is free for youth with disabilities (ages 14-24) In Transition- Franklin County. Only 20 spaces available. First come, first serve. Must register and attend both sessions. Each session will have a one hour learning how to use a Charting the LifeCourse Tool and will be followed by a fun activity! To get the most out of this learning experience each participant must attend both sessions. Part 1 Saturday Sept 11 Charting the LifeCourse One page person-centered profile and a TikTok Party! Let’s learn how to do it together. Part 2 Saturday Sept 25 Charting the LifeCourse Trajectory-What is a good life? followed by an artist-led painting party.
