ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a maintenance technician who can solve basic hotel and room upkeep issues with floors, walls and ceilings, basic plumbing, simple electrical work, AC, TV and furniture installation etc MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:  Detect causes of leaks and fix them, fix leaking ACs, fix and replace toilets and sinks, fix basic shower and tub issues, patch and paint walls and ceilings, replace fixtures, set up and repair TVs etc  Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures  Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same  Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:  Must pass a background check and drug test  Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company  Previous experience necessary  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team  Must have reliable transportation to and from work
