Aloha, Found mostly black cat with white hind feet and short tail. Sweet friendly very thin with collar and bell. My son fed it as it looks to be starving but may be a medical condition. Seems attached to our front porch. I’m sure someone is missing it. Call or text: 212- six-III-Nine-7
