We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Oversee all aspects of construction project •Control the short-term and long-term schedule and job safety •Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors •Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials •Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications QUALIFICATIONS: •Previous experience in construction management or other related fields •Familiarity with multi-story steel grid systems is a plus •Strong leadership qualities •Deadline and detail-oriented •Understanding of blueprints, construction drawings and other related documents Benefits Include - Employer paid health, dental, vision and LTD insurance.
