Hi, I'm Vince! How do you do? They say I'm a ladies man - always calling out for someone to come give me attention or play a game or two. I love a good whack at the feather wand and enjoy spending time rolling the little red ball they give me around this place. The volunteers keep talking about how cute my little white chest and toes are. They keep makin' me feel special. I really do love the people here, but I really do want to find my furever family, too. Our process: If you are interested in Vince or any of our adorable adoptables, please fill out an adoption application here: https://www.pawsofhertfordcounty.org/forms/. An adoption counselor will be in contact with you following the submission of your application. If approved, they will arrange a meet and greet at one of our monthly trips to Chesapeake or at our shelter. Visits to the shelter are by appointment only, as we are a volunteer-run rescue organization. All PAWS dogs are spayed/neutered, and current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm. All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
