NJ Warehouse Associate Are you a team player who is always down to get the job done? Fancy yourself as a “Mr. Fix-it”? Our boutique home staging + interior design firm based in Jersey City is looking for a Warehouse Associate who can help receive furniture, tag for stagings, load trucks, do basic furniture and accessory repairs, hang art, and assist with daily operations at the Warehouse + in the field. Duties include: Receive furniture, load/unload furniture, hang art, work with design staff on furniture placement, small repairs, organize furniture in the warehouse, barcode, label, run errands, swap outs. Requirements: Working knowledge of the NYC and Tri-state area Ability to lift over 50 lbs Prior experience working in a Warehouse Team player - reliable, trustworthy, focused, organized, attention to detail Can-do attitude and happy to follow verbal + written directions Available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm (+/- due to seasonality) with some overtime Bonus Points for: Professional experience in moving or staging company Knowledge in furniture repair Current driver’s license/clean record + experience driving a Van or Box truck Benefits: Friendly, collaborative, hardworking, creative environment Competitive Hourly rate (range for hourly rate?)
