Empire Movers and Storage, a leading Moving Company in NYC is looking for movers. We need the best, because we have the best jobs! A minimum of 1 years of moving experience is required. You will be primarily responsible for wrapping furniture, loading and unloading of shipments and will require the ability to lift heavy items. We expect the candidate to be a presentable individual with good social skills and good manner. Get paid from office to office and not just for work hours as others do, we pay sick days, overtime as well as commissions. DRIVER: Start at $17/hour, $18/hour for experienced. WE PAY OVERTIME! Helper: Qualifications:$15 and $16/hour plus overtime. 1 year proven experience with a professional moving company. (for helper position) 3 years proven driving experience of 22-26 foot trucks in NYC. (for driver position) Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekdays, weekends and holidays.
