Janitor compensation: $15.00/hr Employment type: Part-time and Full time Janitor/Custodian A Federal Contractor is looking for a Janitor to perform cleaning for the Colorado University (CU Boulder) The ideal candidate will have at least one year of janitorial experience, one year of floor work experience and must be able to pass a federal background check. Job Duties: (include but are not limited to) Restrooms Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Spot Cleaning Removal of Trash to designated area Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch areas Sanitizing surfaces including dispensers Dusting Washing windows (without use of a ladder) Policing Floor Care Experience required (stripping & finishing, scrubbing & re coating and carpet extraction) Job Requirements: Constantly standing and walking Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Constant pushing, pulling, stooping and bending Must be physically able to perform physical labor for extended period *** Must be able to pass a Federal background check*** ***Must have a valid Driver's License***
