Her pedigree boasts releases on Ghostly Int'l, Hello?Repeat, Last Night On Earth and a residency at Chicago's Smart Bar. She is joined by Berlin based Camea, who is associated with the likes of Ellen Allien, Paul Kalkbrenner, Apparat, and Modeselektor. After years of releases on Bpitch Control, Camea launched her own sci-fi house and techno label, Neverwhere. Kate’s music has been licensed by ABC Television, Victorinox, and Giorgio Armani, and she has written original music for films, commercials and shows featured on the BBC, Netflix and PBS. After graduating Northwestern University’s music school Kate’s career started in Los Angeles interning on feature films, and then took a surprise turn as her live electronic music career took off. She spent her twenties performing at revered clubs and festivals across the globe, from underground venues in Berlin and Tokyo to the Montreal Jazz Festival and Millennium Park in Chicago. A prolific producer, her back catalogue includes three albums, numerous EPs, film soundtracks and original classical compositions. Notable achievements include her remix of Philip Glass’s Houston Skyline appearing in Billboard’s Top 100 Classical Chart and her house track ‘Go On Then’ ending 2011 in the Beatport Top 10 Deep House chart. Classically trained and DIY in the studio, she blends her classicism and jazz piano roots with early grunge influences and modern cinematic story telling, molding her ideas into dance floor hits. A techno DJ for over 15 years, Camea has been touring worldwide nonstop and brings main stage energy into her sets, performing the worlds best clubs and festivals like Berghain, Baum and Melt!, as well as launching a new hybrid live/DJ set in 2020. With her debut Album out earlier this year titled 'Dystopian Love', Billboard has hailed her as an emerging artist to watch, as well as receiving notable recommendations from essential publications like Resident Advisor, Groove Magazine, Magnetic and Bandcamp, and she was scheduled to be a featured artist for 2020's Ableton Loop Summit for their Track Deconstruction feature presentation (postponed due to Covid-19).
