The ultimate BBQ Wine Dinner--a little char, smoke, and grilling by our exceptional culinary team, Executive Chef Matt Heikkila Our Sommelier, Matt Strauch, will guide us through each of the pairings and answer your most burning winemaking and wine pairing questions.
