Im looking for someone who wants to build a career. This is a very good oppertunity for someone to run a crew of two guys that would be installing Insulation, Solar Attic fans. So need to be able to work in attics and crawl on roofs. We also offer other services like Energy Audits, Duct sealing, and duct cleaning. Im starting people out at 18/hr plus upsells. After a couple months of training will go to 20/hr. 40 hr weeks. Gets their own work van or truck after 90 days.
