CCR is looking for an Assistant Diesel Mechanic to assist with the repairs of Heavy Duty Trucks. We are looking for someone to grow with us long term. We need someone that is self-motivated, ambitious and a quick learner. Duties/Responsibilities: *Perform minor repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services *Conduct safety checks on vehicles *Assists senior Mechanics in the completion of project work *Perform other maintenance related work as required *Perform minor repairs and limited preventive maintenance (PM) on assigned equipment Requirements: *Valid Driver's License *Must be 18 years of age *Legally eligible to work in the United States *Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations *Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds/ push or pull 80 pounds *Climb in and out and around equipment *Follow verbal and written communication *Previous experience in Heavy Duty Truck Industry Work Environment: *Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements often.
