DemoRats happened.....LBJ started his 'war on poverty' in 1964 and poverty has skyrocketed ever since....not to mention that he bankrupted Social Security by using the funds to buy black votes with those handouts.
Remember LBJ is on tape saying "These ni**ers will be voting Democrat for the next hundred years" after making them dependent on government (and keeping them down)....
