Join barre3 ABQ for a full-body, balanced workout outdoors at Farm & Table! Plus StretchLab will be onsite offering FREE stretches! Join us! barre3 ABQ and StretchLab are teaming up to bring you a full-body, balanced workout with an option to get a FREE one on one assisted stretch before/after class! Join us outdoors on Saturday, August 28th at 8:30am at Farm & Table for 45 minutes of strength-conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. *Tickets for this class are FREE and assisted stretches are FREE. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water bottle! We will be in touch with reminders and any new details (including a rain date if needed) as we get closer to the event. New to barre3? You can expect a fun, beat driven workout that will combine strength conditioning, low impact cardio and mindfulness. No experience needed, all fitness levels are welcome! *class tickets are limited so we can practice social distancing and all activity will be in accordance with the most current public safety guidelines.
