Olympia Provisions needs 2 workers to come to assist with large-scale sandwich making. Hours are approximately 2 pm to 9:30 pm. Tasks include slicing and portioning meats, washing dishes and cleaning, filling condiment containers, and wrapping & labeling sandwiches for a local grocery store. You will be assisting a small team during the entire process of making approximately 500 high-end sandwiches per day. Air-conditioned, friendly environment. Wear non-skid shoes. If you are a professional cook you can bring your kitchen knives. Some experience with food service is preferred but we are willing to train. Lunch is provided. This could lead to more permanent employment!
