Golf Scramble to Benefit FSA Prevent Child Abuse. Tournament includes 4 person teams in a Captain's Choice format with a shotgun start. Prevent Child Abuse Howard County is comprehensive, community-based council working to keep children safe in Howard County. The mission of the council is to prevent child abuse and neglect in all its forms.  Prevent Child Abuse Howard County is a program of Family Service Association, a United Way agency.  The council is also a chartered council of Prevent Child Abuse Indiana.
