Post COVID-19 Opportunity: Indoor Air Quality Specialist Soon we will be moving out of the COVID-19 restrictions. Unemployment benefits will end, and many people will be looking for a “JOB”. I have a career opportunity for an entrepreneur interested in turning a gig into a long-term full or part time career. 1. Do you have experience in construction and building science? 2. Would you like to establish yourself as a professional within your community? 3. Are you willing to make a commitment to learning an excellent trade? 4. Are you willing to make an investment in yourself? 5. Does $60,000 a year seem reasonable for your first year in business? 6. Can you dedicate at least 12 hours per week to building a business. 7. Do you believe you will be an effective independent contractor? Job Description: Conduct indoor air quality consulting, inspections, and testing in residential settings. Candidates must be able to climb stairs, bend, pick up 50 pounds, and access small spaces. Operation areas are North of Boston, 495 Corridor, and Greater Boston communities. Availability between 10 AM and 3 PM is essential. Candidates with experience in insulation, weatherization, roofing, siding, and window installation do well in this career. Non-smoking and the ability to pass background check are required.
