 is partnering with a Fortune 50 Major Retailer to hire over 100 people to Work from Home through the Holidays!  We are focusing specifically on e-commerce in their Guest Services Department.   Call Center - - Work From Home $15.00 per hour  Equipment will be provided! Job Description: Places, receives and routes a high volume of calls through an electronic switchboard Talks with customers by phone. Maintains incoming call volumes and performance standards Takes and/or supplies information from/to callers Resolves customer service challenges Relays messages or order information Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, negotiation and decision making skills Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong work ethic, flexible, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced Service Center environment Strong PC skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in working in web based applications We look forward to speaking with you!
