Let's Make Mug at Thunder Coffee • Monday 8/23/21 • 7-9 pm • all ages welcome! Join Midwest Mud at Thunder Coffee Monday 8/23/21 from 7-9 to make a mug out of pre rolled slabs of clay! Worried that you know nothing about clay? No worries, this class is for all skill levels.(kids under 10 should be accompanied by an adult.) After the class, your art goes back to the Midwest Mud studio to be glazed and fired ( A process that takes about two weeks time) Your finished product will be mailed to the address you choose! Tickets are $35 each which includes the price of shipping. Beverages (alcoholic and not) and snacks will be available for purchase Can’t wait to get creative together! Founded in 2009, Midwest Mud is a collection of work made by artist Amber Parsons Myszka. As she has traveled on her creative journey, Amber has found herself enamored with spreading the joys and tribulations of creating with ceramics. Aside from creating her own body of work Amber engineers a variety of classes that not only speak to those well versed in the work of clay, but to those that wish to engage themselves creatively.  Beyond the classes that have been scheduled,  studio rentals and educational programs are available upon request with prior reservation.
