Searching for a responsible and positive evening Porter/ Cleaner for large offices. Shift 4:30pm-12:00am M-F
Porter duties include checking the restrooms and cafeteria during the shift to ensure it is maintained clean and restocked at all times and trash cans are empty and liners replaced.
Must be able to detail floors by mopping and handling backpack vacuum.Fully detail clean restrooms.
Vacuum the cafeteria, mop and wipe the tables and chairs after use. Wipe down the counter in the kitchen area.
Clean and polish all entryway and lobby glass, doors and furniture; vacuum and mop entryway floor as needed; dust drapes and mini-blinds as needed.Wipe down and sanitize doors, doorknobs and other fixtures. Empty and sanitize trash containers.Move, rearrange, and dust furniture and fixtures.
Must be flexible to possible interruptions or changes in priority if urgent needs arise that require immediate attention. Develop good working relationships with on-site staff. Report any repairs or anything out of order to the immediate supervisor.
