Sugar Skull Workshop on the Windsor Town Green Limited Space for Sugar skull workshop on the green. Children will be provided 1 sugar skull, and embellishments to decorate their sugar skull. Limited quantities, must reserve your space per child. Possibility of cancellation, depending on changing County of Sonoma Health orders. If the event is cancelled, the event will be transformed to a drive thru kit pick-up.
