Trainer Carnation will cover self-defense, boxing, and situational awareness. All levels welcome.
Water will be provided. Food coupons will be available to those who RSVP. We plan to abide by COVID safety protocols. Masks required. After your workout, check out local vendors at Plant Based Saturdays -- food, music, plants, BIPOC vendors.
