Teen Experience: Bath Salts Teens are invited to make bath salts, with or without essential oils. Take home the spa treatment or give it as a gift. Teens in grades 6th-10th are invited to hang out and have fun during this interactive program. Registration Requested. Space Very Limited. Effective Monday, August 2, 2021, all Wake County Facilities including Public Libraries, will require visitors and staff ages 5 and up to wear a mask and complete a brief health screening questionnaire upon entering buildings.
