Silent Disco Vinyasa Welcome to Oak City Yoga! Join us every week at The Raleigh Beer Garden for an innovative yoga experience. Both the music and sound of the instructor's voice will be transmitted through the headset for an immersive yoga class. Each purchase comes with a headset to use during class. Sinead Corrigan with Inner Body Data will be leading class each week. We are so excited to have her on board, and class will be a vinyasa style. Students are encouraged to take modifications and advancements at their leisure.
