We are hiring immediately for full-time sub-contractors that want to take on piecework. If you have a crew that is ready to work and have the experience please contact us immediately. We will not work with anyone that will try to “re-sub the jobs.” We need experienced crews that will have a working superintendent on site at all times. Jobs may consist of FRAMING: -New Construction -First & Second Story Additions -Decks & Patio Covers -Storage & Carports -Adjust/Demo Existing Framing -Repair Existing Framing ROOFING: -New Construction Roof Sheathing (Also called OSB or Plywood) -Replace Damaged Roof Sheathing -Remove Existing Roof -Install Metal Roof -Install Composite Shingles DOORS & WINDOWS: -New Door & Window Installation -Remove and Replace Existing Windows and Doors EXTERIOR: -Install New Siding, Trim, Facia, & Soffit -Remove & Replace Existing Siding, Trim, Facia, & Soffit CONCRETE: -Demo -New sidewalks, driveways, and foundations Paint: New Exterior & Interior Paint Repaint Exterior and Paint Sheetrock tape and float Texture Other: Plumbing and Electrical work Tree removal/Tree Trimming Debris removal Make ready ect.
