URGENT, please help me get the word out and keep folks safe

This message is to the 30ish, dark haired, overweight white man in a tee shirt driving the older model green van I know you were stalking a girl today in and around the corner / apartment streets in that area. We are spreading the word that you are in the UVA vicinity acting like you are looking to grab someone. Get help. It is clear from the way you acted that your intentions were not good. Everyone please be on the lookout for this creep, get pictures, call him out, forward anything you notice to the police and keep our friends and neighbors safe. Travel in groups, not alone. Don't let him continue to be anonymous and don't give him a chance to do anything bad. Put a spotlight on this kind of activity and help keep bad things from happening. Also help me spread the word. We've reported the incident, but want to do everything we can to discourage this person from continuing this sort of activity. Hopefully getting this man on the radar and having him know could be a deterrent.
