$400/month cash.
MAIN REGULAR duties include:
Weekly (2x) - move trash from property to dumpster in back alley
Weekly - Collect Laundry Income from the Machine
On-call duties:
Plumbing Repairs
Landscaping
Fix exterior lighting when out
Snake sewer lines every other month
Open doors when lost keys
Lock swaps
Email or text. Experience preferred.
