LOCAL FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED FLOORING, KITCHEN AND BATH REMODELING COMPANY IS IN NEED OF ADDITIONAL HELP. COMPETITIVE PAY! TWO POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. ROLE: -Candidate will help with the demo and installation of cabinets, all types of flooring, drywall, texturing, painting, plumbing and electrical in both new and old homes. -The ideal candidate will support the Lead Tech and additional workers with various remodeling related jobs. -Experience with any of the above mentioned applications is a plus but not necessary. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -Loading and unloading materials and equipment (Must be able to lift 50 pounds). -Reading and following construction plans and/or blueprints. -Assisting skilled Craftspeople with their duties. -Following instructions from Supervisors and/or Foremen. -Cleaning and preparation of work sites. -Removing and loading debris from jobsites when needed. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: -Ability to work with others. -Familiarity with tools and the use of tools. -Ability to accurately read tape measures and other measuring tools. -No additional experience is needed. -Paid on the job training provided. REQUIREMENTS: -Must be able to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license or state issued ID -Work well with others. -Must have basic tools. -Must have reliable transportation as driving to and from various work sites located in the east valley is required.
